James Madison, a politician and federalist, considered by most historians as the "Father of the US Constitution", wrote the following:

“Do not separate text from historical background.  If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government."  James Madison, Father of the Constitution and 4th president of the United States. 

Most people NOW realize we have a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government.  The PRIMARY HISTORICAL BACKGROUND more than any other document is the DECLARATION of INDEPENDENCE. 

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.  That to secure these RIGHTS, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed."  - Thomas Jefferson, July 4th, 1776 

The "POWERS" of government are the laws enacted and enforced against us.  "We the People" have an inherent, unalienable RIGHT to "EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT" to any proposed law and any laws enacted and enforced against us to secure our Freedom, Peace and Safety. 

Samuel Adams, who signed the DECLARATION of INDEPENDENCE, confirmed this principle by these words:   "You are now the guardians of your own liberties. We may justly address you as the decemviri did the Romans, and say: Nothing that we propose can pass into a law without your consent.  Be yourselves, O Americans, the authors of those laws on which your happiness depends."

The U.S. Constitution contains NO PROVISION for We the People to secure our Freedom, Peace and Safety by "EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT".  It actually subverts the purpose and inspiration for the American Revolution!!!

Consider these facts:

HAPPINESS comes from PARTICIPATING in POWER. 

Misery comes from being obstructed from participating in power. 

Politicians are compulsive & pathological liars by their nature, and are experts in obstructing We the People from "EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT". 

Politicians pick and choose judges who will maintain their guile and deceptions. (ie. They pick their own foxes to guard the hen houses).

IMAGINE a governing system WITHOUT politicians!!!  This is PROVEN possible in ONE ELECTION CYCLE in "EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT"!!

IMAGINE being empowered to override cruel, insane, untrustworthy judges!!!  This is PROVEN possible in "EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT"!! 

"EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT" PROVES how YOU can teach others in minutes!!!  It'll BLOW YOUR MIND!!! 

Our choice is simple: a) go down under our broken system; or b) CHANGE the system to empower OURSELVES and ALL people.
